Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine. Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure all areas are fully equipped at all times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any specific cleaning needs or concerns. Follow established sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and promote a healthy environment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating with team members for efficient workflow. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus. Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and techniques enhances your suitability for this role. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
