Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to comply with health regulations. Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
