Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas in accordance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards to ensure safety and hygiene Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, or carpet cleaning as needed Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and disinfectants to ensure availability for staff and visitors Follow environmental services protocols to dispose of waste properly and manage hazardous materials safely Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or sanitation issues and report them promptly Adhere to all safety guidelines related to janitorial and custodial work, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to cleaning and sanitation practices Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services within healthcare or hospitality settings Strong understanding of janitorial procedures including floor care, surface disinfection, and waste disposal Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and hygiene compliance Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to the health and comfort of others!
