Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct detailed residential or commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene standards. Manage laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold a pristine appearance. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety for residents or guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Support housekeeping management with inventory checks and restocking supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings or commercial environments such as hotels or offices. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service.
