Summary We are seeking a diligent Housekeeper to join our team at Microtel Inn & Suites. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall quality of their stay. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Ensure all supplies are stocked and maintained in guest rooms and cleaning carts. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Follow housekeeping procedures for handling lost and found items. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus. Knowledge of hospitality standards is beneficial but not required.
