Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team. Experience Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Background in hospitality or custodial services will be considered an asset. Experience in housekeeping management is desirable for those looking to advance within the organization.
