Job Summary The Cold Food Production Associate is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging cold food items according to company quality and safety standards. This role requires working in cold environments (below 30°F) for extended periods.
Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Days Off:
Vary based on seniority-driven shift bids Responsibilities Prepare, assemble, and pack raw or cooked food items according to USDA, FDA, and HACCP requirements Wash, clean, cut, and portion raw food products following company and customer specifications Maintain proper food temperatures and accurate labeling Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and well‑organized Follow all food safety, quality, and production guidelines Support efficient workflow in a fast‑paced production environment Perform additional related duties as assigned Must be able to work in temperatures below 30°F for 8+ hours per shift
Qualifications Required:
Ability to work in cold environments for long periods Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8+ hour shift Strong attention to detail and food safety compliance Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
OPEN Availability Preferred:
