Manufacturing Support (Cannabis) As Manufacturing Support, you will ensure the highest quality and consistency in our products by accurately counting, labeling, assembling, bagging, and boxing items, as well as performing visual quality inspections and reporting any inconsistencies. You will cook edibles following strict guidelines, accurately prepare ingredients, minimize waste, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace. Other duties include preparing surfaces and materials, doing dishes and thoroughly cleaning the plant. Additionally, you perform other related tasks as needed to support the team's success. A strong attention to detail is required, and you have the stamina to stand/sit for 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and reach. This is a full-time position starting at $18 per hour. Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately count, label, assemble, bag, and box products into final product containers. Your attention to detail ensures our products are perfectly packaged and ready for distribution. Perform visual quality inspections on products, meticulously checking for any inconsistencies in counts or quality. You will report any issues promptly to maintain our high standards. Produce and cook edibles , strictly adhering to established guidelines and procedures to guarantee consistency and excellence in every batch. Minimize waste by efficiently using materials and ingredients, contributing to our sustainability goals. Prepare all surfaces, materials, and storage areas for production and packaging, ensuring everything is set up for smooth operations. Ensure all dishes and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized , maintaining a hygienic environment that meets state food safety guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and actionable suggestions for improvement to help us continuously enhance our processes. Vigilantly monitor work activities to detect errors or inefficiencies in your role. Communicate these inefficiencies or errors to your supervisor to support our culture of continuous improvement. Accurately prepare a wide range of ingredients to ensure the consistent production of high-quality edibles. Perform other related duties and tasks as requested by supervisors to support the overall success of the team.
