Full Job Description Summary of Position:

The Olivespa Production Associate is responsible for helping the production manager in manufacturing all Olivespa items and stocking them appropriately. Under the direction of the Olivespa Production Manager and following the Production Manager's production schedule, the Production Associate is to work closely with the Production Manager to efficiently manufacture all products to the best of their ability, creating beautiful, clean skincare products. This includes, but is not limited to, following standard operating procedures, adhering to all production policies, paying extreme attention to detail in labeling, capping, shrink wrapping, and gift-making, restocking and cleaning the retail area, communicating with customers, and following checklists/opening & closing procedures. Qualifications Must be 19 years of age Have a passion for natural living, skincare, and beauty Excellent critical thinking & decision-making skills with strong attention to detail Have outstanding customer skills and an outgoing, friendly personality

Time Management:

Work with employees, customers, and management. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done Be able to communicate with and understand the predominant languages of customers and staff Possess an up-to-date food handler permit (manager) or credential for the county in which he/she is employed Be able to cope with the stress of seasonal sales activity and hours Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 50 pounds Self-driven and self-motivated Ability to prioritize daily tasks and accomplish each one Job Specific Responsibilities Complete daily checklists Help to make Olivespa products until completion, under the direction of the Olivespa Production Manager, by following, without error, standard operating procedures according to the production schedule made by the Production Manager. Sell product and convey Olivespa's message to customers Labeling products and packing gift boxes Maintains an organized and well-sanitized production studio environment Log daily production Develop a sense of what each ingredient should smell like and how it should feel, and learn to detect potential imbalances or rancidity before adding each to a batch of product. General Responsibilities Company Policies and Procedures Please adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, company handbook rules and regulations, specifications and guidelines, inventory control procedures, equipment preventative maintenance programs, cash control policies, opening/closing procedures, security guidelines, sanitation and safety requirements, training programs, and customer service levels as they relate to your specific store location or department. This position will start out as a Part Time Associate and potentially turn into a Full Time Position with the right candidate. IND123
