Job Description Rate of Pay:

$17.00 per hour. (Additional $1.00 per hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) To be able to place chicks, pre- feed and feed, remove mortality from chicken houses, level drinkers, level feeders and perform other tasks that are required on the ranch. Chick placement. Pick-up DOA's, level drinkers, level track / pan feeders, hook-up track feeder system, lubricate - winches, hoopers, feedmoters, gear-boxes, fan maintenance / fan relocation, and ranch appearance. Other duties as assigned per management. Qualifications Must able to lift 50 pounds. Must have dependable transportation to work on various ranches and report to work timely as scheduled. Must be self-motivated and work independently or in group settings as needed. Must be able to perform groundwork when needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and holidays. Must have good verbal and written communication skills (Basic English). Must be able to receive and follow direction from the crew lead person, supervisor and also ranch management personnel. Must be able to work safe and follow company standards, guidelines and policies. Must have the ability and desire to promote to higher level ranch positions.
