Job Description

Volt is immediately hiring for Seasonal Cellar Harvest Workers in Geyserville, CA Full-time seasonal opportunity with 40+ hours per week Opportunity to gain hands-on harvest and winemaking experience Competitive pay based on experience As a Seasonal Winery Worker you will: Assist the winemaking team in all aspects of harvest and wine production Perform crush and vinification activities, including must and wine transfers Conduct barrel work, draining, pressing, cleaning, and sanitation duties Operate and maintain winery equipment, including crushers, presses, pumps, forklifts, barrel washers, and minor plumbing equipment Receive incoming grapes, barrels, and winery supplies Complete all tasks according to quality control standards Maintain a safe and cooperative team environment Follow all safety policies and production procedures This is a full-time seasonal opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday (4x10's) OT on Friday as needed
Hours:
40+ hours per week The ideal candidate will have: Must have to be considered: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced harvest environment High energy level, self-motivation, and enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, and bending Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions Flexibility to work additional hours during peak harvest season Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screen (THC acceptable) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Previous winery, production, harvest, manufacturing, or agricultural experience Forklift experience Experience operating mechanical equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Pay Rate:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
