We have developed world-class facilities and vertically integrated businesses for the production, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of cannabis. Job Summary The Trim Supervisor plays a key role in leading daily trim operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures. This position is responsible for overseeing trimmers, providing training, managing strain-specific requirements, and ensuring all finished products are properly collected, weighed, and logged. The ideal candidate brings cannabis trimming experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Distribute PPE and assign strain-specific trim instructions and sorting guidelines to the team Train new hires, providing examples to uphold quality and consistency Monitor the trimming process throughout the day to maintain product integrity Announce strain changes and track progress/completion Collect and weigh finished flower and trim waste; organize and label by pounds and strain Accurately log data into the system, including product weights and team work hours Maintain a clean and compliant workspace in accordance with company standards Report daily/weekly updates to the Trim Manager or upper management Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required Prior cannabis trimming experience highly recommended Supervisory or lead experience preferred Proficiency in using computers, including Google Sheets or Excel Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently Comfortable with reporting and documentation Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed in a trim room environment where attention to detail and cleanliness are essential Ability to lift up to 5 lbs to transport empty totes as needed Must be able to remain seated or standing for extended periods, depending on personal preference Requires regular use of computers or tablets for data entry Noise levels may vary; PPE is provided and required in accordance with safety standards Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented setting with repetitive tasks
