Ensure accuracy and consistency in ingredient preparation to meet batch specifications. Coordinate with production and cellar teams to ensure materials are ready ahead of schedule, maintain organized, clean, and compliant ingredient prep areas. Assist with inventory tracking and raw material management. Perform cycle counts. Inventory and QA experience are a plus.
