About Go Kiyoi:

What You'll Do:
Cut and fillet whole Bluefin Tuna and Salmon with precision and consistency De-skin salmon and prepare fish products according to wholesale standards Maintain high-quality cuts while maximizing product yield Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood products Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily processing goals Maintain a clean and organized work station following food safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience cutting Bluefin Tuna and Salmon is essential. You should have strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced wholesale environment. A commitment to food safety and quality is a must. How to
