Job Overview Lepe's Foods is hiring a Labeler to join our USDA-certified processing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately weighing, pricing, and labeling wholesale meat products for distribution across Sonoma County, the Bay Area, and Northern California. Your precision and speed directly impact our customers' orders and our reputation. We are a family business and we treat our team like it—if you're detail-oriented and reliable, you'll fit right in. Duties Weigh and portion meat products according to order specifications Apply accurate labels with weight, price, date, and product information Verify labeling accuracy before products move to shipment Maintain organized, USDA-compliant packaging and labeling stations Work at a consistent pace to meet daily production targets Communicate effectively within a diverse, multilingual team Follow all USDA food safety, handling, and sanitation standards Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy—labeling errors directly affect orders Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25-35 lbs Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Previous food labeling, packaging, or similar experience preferred This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a high-quality food processing operation.
