Post Harvest Associate

We are seeking experienced, fast-paced trimmers who take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining efficiency. Our trimming process includes a pre-trimming step that makes the final manicure fairly quick and easy. Candidates must be able to consistently trim at least 4 - 6 pounds per day while adhering to our quality standards. Ideal candidates should be able to process 6 - 12+ lbs per day. In addition to competitive base pay, we offer production bonus opportunities, with the potential to earn up to an additional $50+ per day through our performance-based bonus program. You Will:

Process cannabis with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance with state regulations and company policies Accurately package, label, and document production output Build knowledge of cannabis strains, METRC basics, and state regulations Follow direction from supervisors and contribute to team success Support additional tasks as needed to meet overall company goals Maintain a safe, clean work environment in alignment with company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Trimming experience required Current MED badge Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, flexible, and responsive Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy and a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or bend for extended periods

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
