JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong ability to break down Intact / sub-primal cuts to portion steaks Ability to cut meat products to specification and yield expectations Ability to thrive in a regulated USDA environment HACCP Certified a real plus Ability to operate a Band saw table Ability to operate a Vacuum Packaging machine a plus Powered forklift / hand jack experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. at any time Proven track record of dependability and punctuality
