Fish Cutter

On The Hook Fish & Chips are one of the fastest growing food truck companies in the United States and we are excited to bring our first restaurant to Johnstown. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the highest quality food and service. We are currently seeking a punctual and hard working individual to serve as our Fish Cutter at our new brick and mortar restaurant in Johnstown, CO. This is a part-time position paying $16 per hour. As a fish cutter you would be responsible for defrosting and cutting fish filets to meet our weekly goals, adhering to quality and portion standards, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Experience with cutting fish or meat is preferred, but not required.
