Oyster Shucker - La Plage Oyster Bar at Delamar Mystic La Plage Oyster Bar , a waterfront restaurant overlooking the Mystic River, is seeking an experienced Oyster Shucker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven oyster shucking experience and a strong commitment to food quality, sanitation, and guest service. Responsibilities Shuck oysters safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards Set up and maintain the raw bar Inspect products for freshness and quality Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Keep work attire clean and professional at all times Assist guests at the raw bar and provide excellent customer service Qualifications Previous oyster shucking experience is required Knowledge of proper seafood handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and product quality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join our team and work in a beautiful waterfront setting while delivering an exceptional raw bar experience for our guests.
