Job Summary The Production Manager supports the Kitchen Manager and leads daily donut and prep production. This role ensures consistent quality, accurate prep, smooth workflow, and strong team execution. You'll run production on the floor, train team members, maintain standards, and keep the kitchen operating efficiently during all shifts. This is the perfect role for someone who loves structure, teamwork, and bringing high‑quality products to life every day. Key Responsibilities Lead and support BOH production teams (dough, prep, frying, décor) Execute daily production plans and prep lists with accuracy Maintain product quality through tastings and quality checks Monitor production pace, workflow, and shift execution Assist with ordering, inventory counts, and ingredient organization Train new team members on Salty standards and production methods Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food‑safety compliance Communicate production needs, staffing updates, and shift performance to the Kitchen Manager Help build a positive, connected, high‑energy team culture What We Offer $60,000
