Eggroll Production Manager World Famous Eggrolls We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and hands-on Production Manager to lead our eggroll production operations. This role is key to ensuring product quality, consistency, and timely execution for both our restaurant locations and food truck events.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily eggroll production ensuring all items meet our quality and presentation standards Ensure production is completed on time for food trucks and store operations Maintain accurate labeling, tracking, and production logs (daily output per employee) Enforce proper FIFO (First In, First Out) organization standards Lead and communicate effectively with the eggroll production team Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to anticipate product needs and avoid delays Manage and monitor inventory levels (eggrolls and warehouse products) Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock organization Prepare and submit production and inventory reports to the General Manager Create and manage ordering lists to ensure smooth operations Ensure the warehouse and production areas are clean, organized, and inspection-ready

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Availability for morning and afternoon shifts Early start required on
