Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fish counter, ensuring all equipment and work areas adhere to food safety regulations. Restock displays regularly to ensure product availability and visual appeal. Support food production and preparation activities as needed in the store's kitchen or prep area. Ensure all food handling practices meet industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance. Qualifications Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or a related kitchen environment is highly desirable. Strong knife skills and experience in meat cutting or fish filleting are essential. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Prior experience working in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
