Job Description

Audio Media Grading (AMG) is the largest and most-trusted authenticator and grader of recorded music in the world. Our mission is to provide collectors and investors with an expert and impartial standard by which to judge any piece of recorded music. About the role:
AMG is looking for graders to join our team and grade recorded music collectibles (e.g. vinyl, cassettes, CDs and 8-tracks). The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive industry knowledge of recorded music (bonus points for other collectible vertical insight), be an expert in applying a written grading scale (bonus points for familiarity with the Goldmine Grading Guide) to real-world products, and be able to add experience and depth to AMG's Operations Team. The individual should be detail oriented, have good organization skills, and be able to focus on tasks over long periods of time. Our preferred applicant will have one to three years of grading experience as a professional, dealer or collector and the ability to work in a positive team environment. This is a permanent, full-time position as a W-2 employee.
Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert in AMG's music grading standards Evaluate the condition of music collectibles Interface with customers in the event additional information is needed Help define operations playbook AMG will use as company scales Communicate clearly with the operations staff, and other team members.
Who you are:
