Are you skilled with a knife and passionate about quality seafood? Lombardi's Seafood is looking for an experienced Fish Cutter to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Cutting, filleting, and portioning a variety of fresh fish and seafood products Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety Assisting with inventory management and product rotation Keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards Working efficiently in a fast-paced seafood processing environment
Qualifications:
Previous fish cutting or seafood processing experience required Strong knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a refrigerated environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
