Nourish Kauai THE JOB:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fish cutting and food preparation, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Cutter, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Duties Perform precise fish cutting and portioning according to specifications. Grade fish for specific customers Prepare various food items while adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area and equipment. Utilize knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively. Assist in inventory management by tracking product usage and waste. Must be able to work independently and with a team Heavy lifting involved Experience Previous experience in fish cutting or a similar role is preferred. Willing to train the right person Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Familiarity with various cutting techniques and equipment used in food production. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
