at Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Gem State Staffing is now hiring Truss Builders for a leading manufacturer of high-quality roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial construction. These are temp-to-hire positions in a fast-paced production environment offering weekly pay , benefits , and career growth .
Responsibilities:
Build and assemble trusses using blueprints and tools. Hammer gussets and plates into place. Operate saws, pneumatic nail guns, and roller machines. Conduct quality checks to ensure trusses meet specifications. Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain clean and organized work areas.
