The Basics Location:

Sheffield, IL Compensation:

$65,000-$72,000/yr

Days/Hours:

This job will be 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm, M-F but you will work outside those hours sometimes, including weekends.

Various grain handling equipment, mainly conveyors and legs

You will have a key role in maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations. For these jobs we are seeking hands-on individuals who can work longer hours in challenging conditions. 1 yr experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred. Requirements High school diploma or GED Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Ag Mechanics or similar is preferred Experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred Available to work off hours and weekends Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications) Physical requirements This job can be physically strenuous You will work in tight and confined spaces You will work at heights You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders You will be required to wear PPE All candidates shall be subject to background checks Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: This job can be physically strenuous You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces You will work at heights You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders You will be required to wear
