Production Associate - Meat Processing

Key Responsibilities Assist in the production of salami, deli meats, sausage, and bacon Cure and brine meats, prepare ingredients according to recipe and safety protocols Operate commercial production equipment (grinders, mixers, stuffers, slicers, sealers) Slice, package, label, and box finished products Follow strict sanitation and cleaning protocols daily Work in refrigerated environments and lift/move heavy product (up to 50 lbs) Pay close attention to detail and follow written/verbal instructions precisely What We're Looking For Experience in food production or kitchens is a plus, not required Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet Comfortable working in cold conditions Clean, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Willing to be trained using our internal production manual and safety guidelines Committed to showing up and contributing to a team atmosphere Schedule This is a weekday, daytime position, no nights or weekends. Monday - Friday 7am start

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
