Job duties may include:

Processing seafood which includes the following duties: peeling seafood; cleaning and trimming section of seafood for future processing, removing parts, inspecting product for defects; sort seafood by size and place in containers for further processing; empty totes/boxes/sacks; use hands and hand tool to cut, trim and to pick/remove seafood/meat; rinse, weigh and prepare seafood for picking, processing, and packing; clean/trim seafood for future processing; weigh product; obtain seafood; prepare food to fill customer orders; assist customers in retail store; fill customer orders; complete sale transactions; stock shelves, coolers, and freezers; packing seafood/product; weigh product; mark product; follow and apply food safety regulations; maintain food safety records; clean, maintain, and sanitize worksite.

Special Skills:

manual dexterity of hands for shelling and peeling. Extensive sitting and/or standing. No minimum education or experience required. No travel is required.
