Job Description

High Lawn Farm, LLC Specialty Foods Associate Lee, MA Apply We\'re hiring a full-time Specialty Foods Associate / Cheesemaker to help us make our award-winning ice cream, specialty butters, and artisanal cheeses. The best candidate for this position is someone who is a motivated team player who exhibits professionalism and flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  • Assisting in ice cream, butter, and cheese production
  • Cheese aging (affinage) and packaging
  • Fulfilling specialty food orders for delivery and pick-up
  • Maintaining inventory and production records
  • Following protocols to keep facilities/ equipment clean and sanitized
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are required to have a valid driver\'s license, the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and experience in food service and/or food production.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Wage is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. Hourly wage ranges from \$15.50 to \$18.00. Benefits include employee discounts, weekly milk stipends, health insurance, Aflac, matching 401(k) retirement plans, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
