This role is focused heavily on daily pastry production, organization, consistency, and supporting the overall production flow of the kitchen. We are looking for someone comfortable working in a structured, production-driven environment with strong fundamentals in pastry technique and mise en place. This is not a plated dessert restaurant position - it is a high-volume production role centered around execution, consistency and teamwork. Responsibilities Daily pastry production Preparing creams, mousses, ganaches, fillings, inserts, and components Assisting with petit gateaux and entremet production Supporting weekly macaron production Coordinating daily production flow with the pastry team Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and consistency Communicating inventory and production needs Assisting with assembly, finishing, and decoration as needed Ideal Candidate Previous pastry production experience required Organized and calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable with repetitive production work Able to multitask and prioritize production needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working independently once trained Weekend availability required Requirements Minimum 2 years of pastry or bakery production experience preferred Strong understanding of basic pastry techniques and mise en place Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable with repetitive production work and consistency-focused tasks Ability to follow recipes and production systems accurately Able to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Early morning and weekend availability required Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
