ASAP - Temp-to-Hire Looking for a hands-on, outdoor role with a quick start? Join our team in Edgecomb! Whether you enjoy building things or working with fresh seafood, we have a spot for you. No experience? No problem—we will train anyone with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. As a Production Laborer , you will support the daily operations of a large-scale oyster farm. You'll work as part of a team to build gear, process harvests, and keep operations running smoothly on the river and in the plant.

What You'll Do:

Build and repair large and small oyster traps and gear. Sort, wash, weigh, and pack oysters for shipment. Harvest oysters from the river and manage inventory. Maintain quality control and safety standards in the plant and on the water. Handle oyster seeds and assist with biofouling control.

What You'll Bring:

Physical Strength:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliability:

A strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions.

Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot or cold) and near water.
