Deli Responsibilities Follows proper procedures of reporting to supervisor(s) relating to customer complaints concerning service, food preparation and quality. Follows Good Food Handling Practices and Preparation in accordance with Freshies® guidelines. Understands how to accepts deliveries to include; verifying order to invoice, and checking product quality. Ensures product handling meets Freshies® standards to include: Date Coding, Labeling, Rotating, Handling and Storage. Understands how to track information via handheld or paper processing to include: spoilage waste, temperature monitoring, processing daily production tracking , etc. Consistently performs to all food safety, cleaning and sanitation procedures to include the use of; temperature charts, thermometers, gloves, etc. Follows Freshies® standards for overall Deli appearance, cleanliness and organization to include, but not limited to; personal uniform standards, equipment cleanliness and proper execution of cleaning schedules. Handles and prepares all food products in accordance to Freshies® specifications as outlined in Freshies® Food Manual.
