Job Description

East Coast Cannabis is seeking motivated and hard-working Pre-Roll Production Associates to join our ECC Eliot team. This is an entry-level position with room for growth for dedicated employees. No prior experience is required, as all training will be provided. Our team is a small but efficient group who works together to produce high-end, all-flower pre-rolls from start to finish. As a Pre-Roll Production Associate, you will be responsible for grinding and sifting flower, operating a knock box to fill pre-roll cones, hand folding cone tips, learning and operating the Roll Pro machine, and inspecting finished products before packaging. We offer ergonomic seating, but some tasks require standing for several hours at a time. This is a repetitive production role, and each day we strive to have fun while producing high-quality pre-rolls. Responsibilities as a Pre-Roll Production Associate include but are not limited to the following- Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary. Ability to work under pressure. Grinding and sifting flower for pre-rolls Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Operating the knock box to create pre-rolls Tipping pre-rolls Maintaining quality control of pre-rolls and flower materials Maintain a steady production rates to meet our weekly demands. Acute attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods of time. Physical and repetitive production work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Ability to occasionally work a flexible schedule based on cultivation needs. An independent self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to obtain an Induvial Identification Card provide by The Office of Cannabis Policy.

Salary $17 USD per hour Required Skills A minimum of 1 years in a customer service role in a retail or hospitality environment Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations) A minimum of a High School diploma is required Intermediate-level math skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner Strong computer-based skills Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Personal experience with cannabis Desired Skills The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality. Previous experience in Cannabis or Botanical processing environment.
