Job Description

Strawberry Fields Apothecary is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. This position plays a key role in producing, packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products while maintaining strict compliance with company standards and state regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, dependable, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Package, label, and prepare cannabis products for retail sale. Follow all company SOPs and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate inventory counts and production records. Assist with product assembly, weighing, sorting, and quality control. Ensure all products are packaged and labeled correctly before distribution. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or product concerns immediately. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist with inventory audits and product tracking as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
