SUMMARY:

The Evis Labor team member may rotate between various Evis positions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but are not limited to, the following: Back up the auto transfer or re-hang machine by placing a bird in any empty shackle, ensuring birds are hung properly. Inspect and correct missed and improperly opened and vented birds Use knife or other cutting instrument to remove any matter required to be removed before the bird enters further processing, using close attention to detail. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
