Position Title Infused Edibles Technician Job Description What You Will Do Assist in the preparation and production of cannabis-infused edibles in accordance with company recipes and standards Measure, mix, cook, and portion ingredients to ensure consistency and product quality Infuse products with cannabis extracts following precise dosing and safety procedures Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and efficiently Package, label, and stage finished edible products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, food safety standards, and company policies Accurately track and record production and batch data using required systems Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals What Success Looks Like Consistently produces edibles that meet quality, taste, and dosing standards Maintains accuracy in measurements, infusion, and documentation Adheres to food safety and sanitation requirements at all times Supports team efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Ability to follow detailed recipes and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for measuring and portioning Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Ability to work in a kitchen or production environment with varying temperatures Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed Food service, manufacturing, or cannabis experience preferred but not required Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) is a plus Compensation Base pay: $16.00 per hour Work Location Agri-Genesis Manufacturing Facility -
