Job DescriptionPark Avenue Coffee is expanding our roasting production team. This is an entry-level role within our roastery with the opportunity to grow into production roasting and advanced quality control.

You will be part of a hands-on production environment responsible for executing daily coffee production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the flow of coffee from green to finished product.

This is a hands-on role in a working coffee production environment. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in learning more about specialty coffee roasting and production.
