Job Description
Overview We are seeking a cannabis production manager to optimize and oversee production across multiple departments. The right applicant will have strong managerial skills, exceptional organizational skills, be proactive, and be able to identify systemic weaknesses and inefficiencies and deploy effective solutions throughout said areas. Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to understand and deliver on production goals
- Implement and maintain production schedules and oversee staff hours
- Work with various production department heads to deliver an aligned and collaborative approach to overall production, with a focus on maximizing interdepartmental efficiency and upholding quality standards
- Monitor multiple aspects of linear production simultaneously to anticipate potential problems and deploy preventative solutions
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery on production contracts
- Ensure adherence to state guidelines and compliance law Requirements
- Ability to effectively manage staff to ensure production goals are met
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills This position is ideally suited to an individual with cannabis experience who is looking to move into a higher-level position within the cannabis industry.
