Production Worker

Role Overview As a Production Associate at Lifted Meds, you are a vital member of our cultivation and processing team. This position encompasses the full post-harvest lifecycle, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards from the moment they are harvested until they reach our retail shelves. You will be responsible for meticulous trimming, efficient packaging, and maintaining a clean, compliant, and productive facility environment.

Key Responsibilities Trimming:

Perform high-quality hand-trimming of harvested cannabis flowers to ensure a premium final product, adhering to specific aesthetic and quality standards.

Packaging:

Carefully weigh, package, and label flower and derivative products in compliance with Montana state regulations and company SOPs.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, tracking product movement, and reporting any discrepancies to the Production Manager.

Sanitation & Compliance:

Maintain a pristine, organized workspace. Regularly clean and sanitize tools and equipment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure adherence to all safety and state compliance protocols.

Quality Control:

Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure only top-tier inventory is passed on for retail sale.

Team Collaboration:

Work efficiently with the cultivation and extraction teams to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Attention to

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks as required in a production environment.

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday.

Pay:

Starting at $16/hour, depending on experience (DOE).
