Production Team Member - Meat Processing Job Type Full-Time Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our meat processing team. General Labor employees assist with production operations, harvest floor duties, packaging, sanitation, product handling, and maintaining food safety and quality standards throughout the facility. This position works in a fast-paced environment and may involve working in refrigerated areas or hot production environments depending on department assignment. Responsibilities Assist with meat processing and harvest floor operations Handle and package products according to company standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all food safety, USDA, HACCP, GMP, animal welfare, and company policies Operate basic production equipment safely Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors Lift, move, and stack products and materials Support sanitation and cleanup duties as assigned Wear required PPE and follow workplace safety procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing, food production, or meat processing experience preferred but not required Ability to work in cold, wet, humid, or hot environments depending on department Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and good attendance required Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Knife experience is a plus Work Environment Fast-paced production environment Some positions work in refrigerated areas Some positions work on the harvest floor in warm or hot conditions Exposure to production equipment, steam, water, and cleaning chemicals PPE provided and required at all times Why Join Our Team? $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
