Flow Gardens is the place for you! We're currently looking for a talented Packing Supervisor for our North Carolina facility. Our Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packing operations and ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role involves supervising a team of packers, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining quality control standards. The Packing Supervisor collaborates with other departments to meet production goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all packing activities are carried out efficiently and meet quality standards. Train and mentor packing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Supervise and coordinate the packing operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packing materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production. Collaborate with other departments and locations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of packed products. Conduct regular inspections of packing equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance or repair needs. Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for packing staff. Monitor and analyze packing productivity and efficiency metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Resolve any packing-related issues or complaints from customers or internal stakeholders in a timely and satisfactory manner. Flexibility to change objectives and methods as needed. Initiates and Assists with all policies and procedures as well as disciplinary and performance review meetings as needed. .

Schedule:

The on premises hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, but the position requires on call time as well. This is a physically active position where you will have to stand for prolonged periods of time.
