Fish Cutter/ Fish Packer

Duties Carefully cut, fillet, and prepare fish according to established standards, ensuring optimal portion sizes and presentation. Pack finished fish products securely using appropriate packaging materials to preserve freshness and prevent contamination. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures throughout all stages of food handling. Assist in cleaning and sanitizing workstations, tools, and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards. Inspect fish for quality, freshness, and any signs of spoilage or defects before processing. Support inventory management by accurately labeling, storing, and rotating stock as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food production, food preparation is highly desirable. Strong knife skills with the ability to perform precise meat cutting and filleting techniques. Experience in packaging seafood or other food products is a plus. Familiarity with restaurant or culinary environments enhances your ability to excel in this role. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
