Must be 16 or older Have Availability, including openings/closings and Fridays/Saturdays Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift 40 pounds Ability to multi-task Ability to work quickly and efficiently Works well in a fast paced environment, has urgency Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic Have a positive attitude, and are coachable Ability to communicate effectively Treats others with honor, dignity and respect Be able to work outside if required Front of house or drive thru must be comfortable interacting with guests Must be comfortable with cash handling and point of sale (cashiering) Must be comfortable using Ipad and technology Service oriented

REQUIREMENTS

Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Works well in a team environment In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
