Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Bagel Production Dough Cutter/Line Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in the bagel production process, ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires a commitment to excellence in food preparation, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START SHIFT AT 2 A.M.

• CONSISTENT, PUNCTUAL

ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs. and stand on their feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of food products according to established guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols to monitor food safety throughout the production process.
• Perform basic math calculations
• Operate production machinery and equipment, as needed, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflow. Experience
• Entry-level position. No prior experience is required.
• Previous experience in food preparation or food handling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food production processes and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP and CGMP standards is advantageous for candidates seeking to excel in this role.
