Oyster Shuckers Maison Premiere — Williamsburg, Brooklyn Critically acclaimed, James Beard Award-winning seafood restaurant and cocktail bar Maison Premiere is seeking experienced Oyster Shuckers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates are confident working at a fast pace, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in carefully selecting, shucking, and serving pristine oysters with consistency and care.

Qualifications & Expectations:

Experience shucking oysters in a high-volume or fine-dining setting preferred Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure Commitment to product knowledge, technique, and responsible sourcing Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Weekend and holiday availability required We are technique-driven and deeply committed to respectfully sourced and harvested seafood. This role offers the opportunity to work at a high level alongside a dedicated, professional team.
