We're currently seeking a Receiver to join our Back-of-House team—someone who brings focus, reliability, and integrity to this essential operational role. You'll be the first touchpoint for all kitchen deliveries and goods, ensuring every product that enters our space meets our exacting standards. T his role requires availability for early morning shifts starting at 6 AM with a core schedule of Wednesdays through Sundays.

Other Core Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document all incoming deliveries with accuracy and efficiency Evaluate quality and freshness of products—produce, seafood, meat, dairy, dry goods, and more Uphold and enforce all health, safety, and DOH compliance standards Communicate with vendors and kitchen leadership regarding discrepancies or rejections Organize storage areas to ensure proper stock rotation and minimal waste Support inventory management through regular counts and reporting This full-time position offers a comprehensive package including: An Hourly Rate of $20 - $25 Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Coverage Paid Vacation Time & Sick Time Commuter Benefits Referral Bonus Programs Dining Discounts at over 25 Affiliated STARR Restaurants Opportunity for

Career Advancement and Professional Growth Qualifications:

2+ years of Receiver experience in reputable high-volume or fine dining restaurants Punctuality and consistency—this role requires early morning shifts starting at 6 AM Strong attention to detail, especially regarding food safety and quality control Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products (up to 50 lbs) and navigate storage areas A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit Comfortable working independently while being available for other duties as outlined by Chefs & BOH Managers Electric Lemon is an equal opportunity employer.
