Role:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Raw Production Team. This role is hands-on and physically demanding. It involves preparing raw fish for the smoking process, cleaning and maintaining the production room, and supporting operations with occasional driving tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare raw fish for smoking. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area after each shift. Safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs of product. Drive company truck to dispose of trash at the transfer station, as needed. Pick up raw product from a refrigerated warehouse in the Bronx, as needed. Follow food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required). Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with others. Ability to work in refrigerated, cold, and wet environments. Strong attention to detail. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP procedures (a plus). Why Join Us?
