Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Seasoner position in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating seasoning equipment, ensuring products are properly coated to quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and following food safety procedures.
Pay:
$16.50•17.20 per hour

2:00 PM•10:30 PM 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM•6:30 AM Responsibilities Operate and monitor seasoning equipment during production. Measure and apply seasonings according to product specifications. Ensure products meet quality and appearance standards. Perform visual inspections and report any issues or inconsistencies. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements. Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist with changeovers and other production duties as needed. Work safely and follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be dependable with good attendance. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and walking. Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching. Ability to work around food ingredients, seasonings, and production equipment. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and a manufacturing environment.
