Job Description

Position Summary We are currently hiring Production Clipper Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Hebron, Ohio. This role is responsible for operating clip gun equipment, supporting wire production processes, and preparing finished materials for packaging and shipment. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates seeking stable full-time hours and competitive pay in a production setting.
Responsibilities:
Operate clip gun equipment safely and efficiently Load magazines and maintain production flow Clip coil loops together along the production line Assist with wire operation processes Package finished products according to specifications Inspect materials for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety and production procedures
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Consistent attendance and punctuality required IND2
